  • Managing the Reception Area: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's image.
  • Answering Phones: Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Handling Mail and Packages: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, and coordinating outgoing mail.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling meetings and appointments for executives and other staff.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic office management.
