Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Female Preferred)

Department: Administration / Front Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and service-oriented female Front Desk Executive with a strong background in the hospitality or education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring excellent guest relations, and supporting administrative activities. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries — respond promptly or route them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
  • Handle visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and coordination for internal and external meetings.
  • Support administrative and clerical functions — filing, documentation, correspondence, and database updates.
  • Coordinate with courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Assist in HR and admin functions such as onboarding support and event coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards of hospitality, etiquette, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female (preferred)
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or related background preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Relations Executive in the hospitality or education sector.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Hindi — both spoken and written.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
