We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to parents, visitors, and staff. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building and will play a key role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.
Greet and welcome, parents, staff, students and guests in a professional and courteous
manner.
Manage and direct incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages and handling inquiries as
necessary.
Know the layout of the school building, including the locations of classrooms, offices,
restrooms, and other important areas.
Understand the school's history, mission, values and fees structure to effectively
represent the institution to visitors.
Assisting the admission officers for scheduling the Interaction / School Tour sessions.
Assisting the teachers for connecting with the parents on calls / scheduling the meetings
as per the requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Provide information and assistance to parents, visitors, and vendors, directing them to
the appropriate department or person.
Assist in coordinating school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses,
and extracurricular activities.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, data entry, filing, and
document preparation.
Graduate in any discipline, with good communication and a pleasing personality.
