Job Title: Front Desk Executive Location: Noida Brand: Marwar Jodhpur – Luxury Indian Wear About the Brand: Marwar Jodhpur is a heritage-inspired luxury brand known for its fine craftsmanship, regal aesthetics, and deeply rooted Rajasthani elegance. We specialize in bridal couture, festive wear, and bespoke design experiences for discerning clientele across India and abroad. Role Overview: We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and proactive Front Desk Executive to be the face of our Noida store. This individual will be responsible for managing client walk-ins, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience aligned with the Marwar brand ethos. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a warm, polished, and professional manner. Manage client appointments, trials, and follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, and in-store. Handle front desk operations including daily client logs, store walk-in records, and feedback. Support the sales and design team by coordinating customer flow and maintaining timely communication. Ensure the reception area is always clean, inviting, and aligned with the brand’s luxury image. Respond to client queries with clarity and promptness, ensuring high satisfaction. Assist in basic administrative duties and support the store manager as needed. Coordinate with backend teams for delivery updates, handovers, and grievance follow-ups.
