The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for members and visitors at the gym. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling memberships, providing customer service, and supporting smooth daily gym operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle membership inquiries, registrations, renewals, and cancellations
Explain gym services, packages, offers, and class schedules Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails related to inquiries
Maintain member records, attendance, and billing details Coordinate with trainers regarding appointments and fitness sessions
Handle cash, card, and online payments; issue receipts Resolve member complaints or escalate issues to the Gym Manager
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the reception area Follow gym policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or graduate (preferred)
Experience in front desk, sales, or customer service (gym or fitness industry preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert walk-ins into members
Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed personality
