• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)

Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while assisting in basic administrative and communication tasks. This role is ideal for freshers who are confident, well-spoken, and eager to start a professional career in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate meetings (Zoom/Virtual and in-office)
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with basic documentation and office coordination
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain records and update internal systems as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Good personality and professional appearance
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, polite, and proactive in handling clients
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Zoom)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
