We’re seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of our studio and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients warmly as they enter the studio Manage class bookings, memberships, and inquiries (in-person, WhatsApp,phone, and email) Handle studio scheduling, instructor coordination, and class updates Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks Ensure the studio space is clean, calm, and organized at all times Support in-studio events, workshops, and marketing initiatives Shoot & manage in-class content for social media Maintain an understanding of studio offerings and promote them to clients ⸻ Qualifications: Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Proficient in English Comfortable using Windows and Mac systems Experience in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Forms and Instagram Passion for wellness, yoga, and/or pilates is a big plus ⸻ Benefits: Opportunity to grow within a supportive wellness-focused environment Flexible schedule options Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
