Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Dermaworld Skin & Hair Clinic, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Dermaworld Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, well-presented, and customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Manage appointments and maintain client records accurately.
• Support billing and payment processes.
• Oversee basic inventory and stock maintenance.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates welcome
• Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, polite and presentable personality
