Role Overview:
As our Front Desk Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. Your professionalism, warmth, and efficiency will reflect our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security protocols
- Coordinate courier and mail services
- Support administrative tasks and Ticket bookings
- Assist HR/Admin with documentation and event coordination
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of front desk or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
