o Greet and welcome mall visitors warmly.
o Provide accurate information about mall layout, stores, ongoing events, and promotions.
o Assist customers with locating stores, restrooms, food courts, parking areas, etc.
o Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate complex issues.
o Maintain a polite, helpful, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
o Monitor cleanliness and functionality of customer service desks, signage, and public areas.
o Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
o Encourage and assist customers in providing feedback through digital or physical forms.
o Support mall campaigns and surveys.
o Maintain proper records of lost and found items and coordinate with security for handovers.
o Coordinate with housekeeping, security, parking, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
