Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing customer service inquiries, handling phone calls, and providing excellent communication and interpersonal services. Day-to-day tasks also include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and managing Customer Service inquiries
• Effective Phone Etiquette skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
