Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately
· Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
· Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
· Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and visitor management
· Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
· Support HR/Admin team with documentation and office coordination
· Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Graduate or equivalent qualification
· 0–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
· Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
