About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and an interest in AI-assisted creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Create engaging designs for digital and print platforms
· Design marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, Crop Ecom Images flyers, and presentations
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs
· Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
· Use AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity
· Stay updated with current design trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
· Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
· Strong creative thinking and design skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign
· Familiarity with AI-friendly design tools and workflows
· Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
