Front Desk Executive

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. - Monitoring invoices and bills, keeping track of approved discounts, and billing as per tie-up. - Making duty roster and leave management of all front office & OPD service coordinators and executives. - Providing regular updates to the team members. - Working on weekends is mandatory with the option to avail week offs on any one weekday. - Having experience in Retail or Hotel Industry, Salon Industry, Aesthetic Clinics, or Slimming Industry will be an added advantage. - Fluency in English Communication is a must. - Experience in Tele Calling is required. - This position is for female candidates only. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English communication. - Should be flexible to work on weekends. - Minimum total experience of 1 year is required. - Proficiency in English is required while knowledge of Tamil is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and weekend availability required. The work location is in person.
