The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. You will be tasked with monitoring invoices and bills, keeping track of approved discounts, and ensuring billing is done as per the agreed tie-up. Additionally, you will be in charge of creating duty rosters and managing leaves for all front office & OPD service coordinators and executives. Regular updates must be provided to team members to ensure smooth operations. This role requires working on weekends, which is mandatory, and the flexibility to avail week offs on any one weekday. Previous experience in the Retail or Hotel Industry, Salon Industry, Aesthetic Clinics, or Slimming Industry will be viewed as an added advantage. Fluency in English communication is a must, along with experience in Tele Calling. Please note that this position is open only for female candidates. The job is offered on a Full-time, Permanent basis with a Day shift schedule and availability on weekends. Applicants will be asked questions related to their fluency in communication and willingness to work weekends. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required for this role. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Tamil is preferred. The work location for this position is in person.,
