Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and assisting members, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a hospitable environment. Additionally, you will undertake clerical tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the smooth operation of the reception area. To excel in this role, you should possess strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills, proficient clerical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in customer service is valuable, as you will be required to assist members effectively.
