Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant, located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting members, answering phone calls, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additional duties include handling clerical tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Excellent Clerical Skills and Communication abilities Customer Service experience and the ability to assist members effectively Professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in a fitness or wellness environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus Show more Show less
