Job Description

Provide exceptional and efficient guest service at the hotel's front desk. Manage all aspects of the guest experience from check-in to check-out.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Warmly welcome and register guests, issuing room keys.

​Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.

​Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

​Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.

​Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex problems to management.

​Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system (PMS).

​Requirements:

​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

​Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Guest service experience preferred.

​Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
