Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic real estate business office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and Greeting:
• Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and staff to the office.
• Professionally answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Customer Service:
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist clients with general information and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain client databases and contact lists.
• Ensure accuracy of information and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to coordinate administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
