Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-spoken and responsible female Front Desk Agent (Building Receptionist) to handle visitor and resident coordination, calls, and reception management at our property. The candidate must be experienced, polite, and efficient in handling day-to-day front-desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors.
• Maintain visitor and entry logs.
• Handle phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and management staff.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Report maintenance or service issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar front-desk role.
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Basic computer or smartphone knowledge.
• Presentable, punctual, and professional.

Salary and Benefits:

Schedule:

• 6 days a week.
• 8 hours per day.
• Day shift only.
