Job Description:
We are hiring a Front Desk Executive with a nursing background to join our clinic in Mohali. The role involves managing day-to-day front office operations and assisting clients with appointments, queries and overall clinic coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception duties including greeting clients and handling walk-ins
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain patient records, files and basic documentation
• Support administrative work and general office organization
• Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth operations
• Handle phone calls, messages and client follow-ups
• Provide clear information about services and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment

Requirements:

• Nursing background preferred
• Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling tools)
• Professional, polite and organized personality
