Freshworks Solution Architect / Practice Lead

As a Freshworks Solution Architect / Practice Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving solution design, pre-sales activities, and ensuring delivery excellence for our Freshworks Practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the end-to-end solution design for Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshsales, and other modules. - Collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for customer demos, proposals, and solution presentations. - Guiding implementation teams on best practices, integrations, and architecture decisions. - Developing standard implementation accelerators, templates, and reusable frameworks. - Building and mentoring a strong Freshworks delivery team while overseeing quality assurance. - Engaging with the Freshworks OEM team for joint go-to-market activities and solution alignment. - Contributing to internal enablement programs and certification drives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Minimum 8-12 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in the Freshworks platform (Freshservice, Freshdesk, or Freshsales). - Strong understanding of ITSM, CRM, and CX domains. - Proven experience in solution design and pre-sales support. - Hands-on experience in Freshworks configuration, API integrations, and FDP development oversight. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Certifications such as Freshworks Architect or Product Expert are highly preferred.
