Job Description

Mechanical Engineering Freshers

The selected candidates will undergo structured training across different departments to gain hands-on exposure to plant operations and develop strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily production operations and machine handling.
Support mechanical maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
Work with quality teams on inspections and documentation.
Support project execution, fabrication, installation, and assembly processes.
Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and plant rules.
Prepare reports and maintain records under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in improvement activities like 5S, Kaizen, and lean practices.

Skills Required

Good understanding of mechanical fundamentals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (added advantage).
Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow.
