Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone for support and follow-ups

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems regularly

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets set by the team

• Provide outstanding service with a positive attitude

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English + local language

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling)

• Active listening and problem-solving ability

• Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
