** Night Shift - No Tech Grads** Key Responsibilities: Handle chat/email support and backend data management. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. Perform data entry, documentation, and process transactions. Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and candidate experience. Preferred candidate profile Freshers with strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are welcome. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with a preference for night shifts. Basic understanding of customer service principles is an advantage.
