Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our ODE Spa team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting spa services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote spa services and offers.
Book appointments for clients and update the booking system accurately.
Maintain a daily call target of at least 100 calls per day.
Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat appointments.
Handle inquiries and resolve any customer concerns politely and professionally.
Maintain call logs and client records for reporting and follow-up purposes.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (spa, wellness, or hospitality experience is an advantage).
Skills:
Good communication in English and local language.
Confident and pleasant telephone etiquette.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to persuade and handle rejections positive
