Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Fresher Store Assistant role at one of our partnered Cafes. Based on-site in Chennai, the Store Assistant will be responsible for daily operations, which include customer greetings, assisting customers with queries and purchases, managing the cleanliness and organization of the store, and aiding in the restocking and setup of shelves. The role also focuses on ensuring a seamless customer experience, participating in training activities, and adhering to all store policies and procedures. Job Description: Store Assistants / Team Member We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Store Assistants/Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities: 1. Welcome customers, take and process orders and assist with product inquiries. 2. Prepare and serve beverages and snacks according to Chaiwaale standards. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and customer areas. 4. Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management when replenishment is needed. 5. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations & customer service. 6. Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications / Experience: 1. Minimum High school diploma. 2. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. 3. Basic English & Hindi Communication is mandatory. 4. Ready to work for rotational shifts & Flexible Week offs. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
