Job Description:

The HR Executive is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their requirements, and executing effective recruitment strategies. The HR Executive contributes to enhancing the organization's talent pool and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Screening: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate suitability. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.

Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide candidates with detailed information about the company, job roles, and interview process. Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings. Engage in proactive talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of hiring needs.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Prepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports for management review.

Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer brand through engaging job postings and positive candidate interactions.

Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Provide feedback on recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
