Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
Manage stock at the counter and report inventory shortages.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist with product display and merchandising.
Handle customer complaints or refer to the manager when necessary.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the teams goals.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records.
