About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of managing e-commerce businesses across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart.

The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless order management, inventory updates, logistics coordination, and compliance with platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Support inventory management, stock reconciliation, and update inventory across platforms.
• Aid in uploading, editing, and maintaining product listings on multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor customer returns, cancellations, and address operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in analyzing marketplace performance.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
