Fresher HR Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in Human Resources. As an HR Recruiter Trainee, you will work closely with our recruitment team to support hiring processes, interact with candidates, and learn about end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview rounds
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal databases
• Support in onboarding and joining formalities
• Participate in campus hiring events
• Learn and follow recruitment policies, procedures, and industry best practices

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. – HR specialization is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
