BGC, OB, WD and MSS Spoc HRSS

We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

1.        Will function as a dedicated spoc for Australia geography

2.       Ensure business expectations are met by closing BGC (Background check) timely within defined TAT

3.       Coordination with vendors for timely closure of Background Check

4.       Will be working to cater onboarding activities

5.       Will be responsible to work on TYDY and WD process

6.       Will be responsible to close MSS process

7.       Adhering the compliance check points

8.       Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management

9.       Dashboarding and reporting

10.    Tracking & maintain process SLAs

Qualifications

 1. Minimum qualification - Graduation

 2. One year of similar experience preferred

 3. Excellent business English proficiency - both verbal and written

 4. Understanding of ERP Systems (Oracle/Workday) is preferable

 5. Good in excel
