Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Specialists. This entry-level role will involve supporting the recruitment process for fresh graduates in India, where you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.

Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate positions.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and university connections.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress.
Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the company and attract talent.
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
