Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight.
Review and demonstrate emergency and safety procedures prior to take-off, including the use of safety equipment.
Attend to passenger requests, serve food and beverages, and provide assistance to sick or distressed passengers when required.
Instruct and assist passengers during descent and the deplaning process.
Ensure passengers are safely seated, loose items are secured, and cabin conditions meet safety standards during landing.
Assist passengers with carry-on luggage and guide them to exits after landing.
Conduct pre-flight checks to confirm that all safety equipment is functional and properly positioned.
Perform post-flight checks to ensure passenger belongings are cleared, seats and trays are reset, and the cabin is orderly.
Carry out light cabin cleaning duties as part of post-flight responsibilities when required.
