As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves connecting with prospect customers to generate new business opportunities through calls and emails. You will be responsible for arranging samples, handling customer calls and requests, as well as maintaining a database of prospect customers and providing reports to the head of the department. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with clients for feedback after sending samples, record their responses, and inform them about tracking and dispatch details.
