Job Description

Hiring: French Language Expert– Travel Process (Voice)

Work From Office – Mumbai

24×7 Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Week Offs

💰 Salary: Up to 9 LPA

Eligibility

✔ French Proficiency: B2–C2

✔ English Proficiency: C3–C2

✔ Experience: HSC with 6+ months experience OR Graduate Freshers

✔ Pan-India candidates allowed (must relocate; Thane IBU transport boundaries apply)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle French voice-based customer queries for an international travel process
Provide accurate information, itinerary support, and issue resolution
Maintain high standards of communication, customer experience, and professionalism
Update internal systems and follow process guidelines
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns
