Position: Executive

Location: Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

Role Description

The Team will be responsible for handling the CEVA Freight management processes - MyCEVA. This includes validating customers registered on the MYCEVA digital platform

Objectives

Understanding and veryfying the of agreed tasks under MyCEVA process in accordance to agreed SOP's & Work Instructions of CEVA Freight Management processe

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for approve/reject the customer on-boarding data (new/modification) requests by validating the data with supporting documents within the established timelines
• Review the requests received via email/workflow or CEVA tool etc.,
• Validate the requests reviewed and approve/reject based on the outlined SOP/Work instruction • Coordinate / communicate with the stakeholders for incomplete/missing information/documents
• Perform the work at the established timelines and production rates
• Maintain accuracy ensure the requests rightly validated before approve or rejecting the requests Additionally below skills are required to perform tasks as per expectations
• Good logistics domain knowledge (Export/Import trade)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors (verbal and written)
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret instructions, gain knowledge and have initiative.
• Possesses good typing skills
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotation shift model

Preferred candidate profile

1) Logistics (Export / Import trade)

2) Excellent Key Board & Typing skills

3) MS Office packages

4) Good understanding of World Geography

Qualification

Graduation in any stream from a reputed university

Note:

• The candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts.

• We do not consider candidates from the Western suburbs or from Ulwe.

• Candidate should be okay to work from Office
