Job Description

You will be responsible for working as a business development professional in the import-export sales domain. Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing business relationships, identifying sales leads, pitching to new clients, and fostering a positive working rapport with new contacts. Effective communication with prospective clients will be a key aspect of your role. Your roles and responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strong relationships with current and potential clients, generating new sales leads to expand business in LCL, FCL, Air, Import & Export segments, selling and negotiating services, onboarding new customers, collaborating closely with the team to ensure efficient movement of customer freight, providing necessary follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to other segments by acquiring new customers. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills to interact effectively with both external and internal customers. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you will be liaising with various stakeholders. Additionally, having a basic understanding of Excel and Word will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities.,
