We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including preparing and maintaining financial records, coordinating with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST and Income Tax compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate data handling. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions. Manage GST filings, Income Tax matters, and coordinate with external CA. Prepare and organize data for audits, financial reports, and statutory filings. Assist and support team members with financial data preparation when needed. Ensure accurate maintenance of books, ledgers, and financial statements. Liaise with banks and other financial institutions for documentation and queries. Monitor receivables and payables, and ensure timely reconciliations. Handle documentation and accounting related to import/export transactions (if applicable). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax rules and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.). Experience in import/export accounting will be a strong advantage. Ability to lead, support, and guide junior team members. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
