Freight Forwarder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate international and domestic shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, excellent knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments via sea, air, and land.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, port authorities, and clients to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and transport companies to optimize costs.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and resolving any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports related to shipping activities.
• Assist in preparing tenders and quotations for logistics services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
