Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. As a Freight Broker, Team Lead, or Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, overseeing dispatch activities, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless account management. You will lead and mentor a team to achieve high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Strong skills in Dispatching and Customer Service
• Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and technologies
• Experience in team management and operations management is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
