Job Summary

Ditinus Technology Private Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our Logistics Department in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight movement, negotiating rates, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage transportation of freight for clients across domestic routes
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure competitive pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
• Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or shortages
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations and logistics processes
• Experience negotiating freight rates and managing carrier networks
• Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus
