🔍 What We’re Looking For:

independent Freight Brokerage Agents

Established shipper relationships

OTR

book of business

✅ A drive to work independently while benefiting from our backend support

✅ Professionalism, reliability, and strong negotiation skills


💼 What You’ll Do:
  • Manage your existing client relationships and grow your customer base
  • Source and secure carrier capacity for loads
  • Coordinate and track freight shipments
  • Negotiate rates and terms with both shippers and carriers
  • Ensure excellent service from pickup to delivery


💰 What You Get:

  • Up to 50% commission

    – based on gross profit

  • Back-office support

    (carrier setup, invoicing, collections, etc.)

  • No micromanagement

    – you're your own boss

  • Flexible work environment

    – remote, set your own hours
  • Access to our

    TMS & load boards

100% commission-based position (Up to 50% profit split)
