We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our US Logistics team as Freight Brokers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in international logistics and supply chain management. You will be trained to manage freight movement across the US, build strong relationships with carriers and clients, and ensure smooth transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand US logistics, transportation modes, and freight brokerage operations.
Assist in sourcing and negotiating with carriers for freight loads.
Communicate with shippers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
Track and trace shipments and update clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Work closely with team leads and managers to execute daily logistics tasks.
Use CRM and freight platforms for load posting and carrier coordination.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome (Any stream; preference to BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Willing to work night shifts (US Time Zone)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
