What You’ll Do:

  • Source shippers and build strong, ongoing relationships

  • Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments

  • Match loads with reliable carriers

  • Track freight, resolve issues, and keep customers informed


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Sharp-minded, quick decision-maker

  • Self-motivated with a “get-it-done” mindset

  • 6+ months of brokerage or logistics experience

  • A book of business or active shipper/carrier contacts is a huge plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-first environment
