Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker located in Mohali district with some work from home acceptable. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating with carriers, handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using logistics and transportation software
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
