Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker located in Mohali district with some work from home acceptable. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating with carriers, handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
