Freight Broker (US Logistics – Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About Us:

HILRS Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its presence in the US logistics and freight brokerage industry. We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers who are passionate about logistics, skilled in building client relationships, and driven to achieve sales targets. If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US logistics and brokerage operations, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations for the US logistics market.
• Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Prospect new business opportunities and generate consistent sales.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers while ensuring profitability.
• Source reliable carriers through load boards (DAT, etc.) and direct networking.
• Coordinate shipments, manage loads, and monitor progress from pickup to delivery.
• Handle tracking, tracing, and resolving load issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and compliance records.
• Keep up with market trends, lane pricing, and industry regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator (US Market).
• Strong understanding of US logistics, transportation, and freight movement.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Solid sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Experience with load boards, CRM, and MS Office tools.
• Highly professional, organized, and target-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
