As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to learn about the company's products, services offerings, features, and pricing in order to effectively communicate them to potential clients. In this role, you will be tasked with setting up sales department KPIs, communicating with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and regularly monitoring and reporting on KPIs. It is crucial for you to keep yourself updated with the industry situation, benchmarks, latest sales trends, and best practices.
