Key Responsibilities

• Create

• Create

  long-form courses

  (~50 videos, 8–10 minutes each).
• Develop complete

• Design

  assessments

  and quizzes to test learner understanding.
• Record and upload high-quality instructional videos on the PlanetSpark platform.
• Present concepts in an engaging, simple, and learner-friendly manner.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong video creation experience

  —recording, presenting, editing, or producing educational content.

• Active presence on educational YouTube channels

  or proven experience creating video-based learning content.
• Expertise in

  communication skills

• Excellent on-camera communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience in teaching, training, public speaking, or content creation.
• Ability to simplify concepts and create structured learning journeys.

Compensation

• ₹15,000

  per short-form course (~15 videos).

• ₹50,000

  per long-form course (~50 videos).
